The Mid-Atlantic Province of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is thrilled to welcome you to the vibrant Atlantic City Bailliage!

Join us as we celebrate all that this exciting seaside destination has to offer. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend, a week, or just a day, Atlantic City boasts a rich blend of history, entertainment, and culinary delights. Stroll along the iconic boardwalk, explore fascinating historic landmarks, or try your luck at world-class casinos.

Our Atlantic City and Mid-Atlantic Mondiale team has curated a fantastic weekend filled with exceptional food, fine wines, Champagne, and exciting experiences. Stay at Resorts Casino & Hotel, our luxurious host venue, centrally located and just a short distance from our planned events. While final arrangements and pricing are being confirmed, we wanted to ensure you mark your calendars and secure accommodations for this unforgettable experience.

The weekend kicks off on Friday April 4 with a welcome Champagne Reception followed by a Dine Around with your choice of a Dougherty’s establishments that you need to book in advance.

5 PM - Arrival – Check-In to Resorts Hotel:

- There is a block of rooms reserved for us using code MOND2025.

6:00 PM - Champagne Reception (Ticket: $65 pp).

7:30 PM - Dine Around (Restaurant à la carte Pricing) at all of the Dougherty‘s properties:

- Doc’s Oyster House

- Dougherty’s Steak House

- Knife & Fork

- Linwood Country Club.

On Saturday April 5, enjoy an optional premium wine blending then Tales from the Wine Talk with Jimmy Quaile. Other options on Saturday includes lunch at the famous Capriccio’s.

12:00 PM - Wine Blending Course with Pinto (Ticket: $50 pp).

1:00 PM - Author Jimmy Quaile: Tales from The Wine Floor (Ticket: $25 pp).

2:00 PM - Lunch at Capriccio’s (Ticket: $125 pp).

The weekend culminates in an elegant Induction and Gala Dinner at one of Atlantic City’s most prestigious Ballrooms, as we welcome new and returning members to the Bailliage in grand style.

6:00 PM - Mondiale induction in Horizon Ballroom.

7:00 PM - Gala in the Atlantic Ballroom.
(Ticket: $275 pp).
