With a passion for precision and flavor, Chef Wally Hartnagel has built a career defined by excellence. Originally from Massachusetts, he honed his skills through culinary school and hands-on experience across New Hampshire and North Carolina.

Joining Ruth’s Chris Steak House, his talent quickly propelled him to Executive Chef in Atlantic City within just 18 months. Known for his impeccable attention to detail and flawless execution, Chef Wally transforms every dish into a masterpiece, delivering an elevated dining experience with every plate.
