Dina Guzzardo is the Founder and CEO of Dina Productions Group (DPG) an event production company that is synonymous with innovation, creativity, and excellence. She specializes in designing and producing a wide range of events, including corporate events, press conferences, groundbreaking ceremonies, shows, mitzvahs, private events, and fundraisers.
Her unique combination of enviable creativity and organizational skills, coupled with a "get the job done" bias, enables her to consistently deliver successful events that exceed client expectations and plans to bring this element to the Chaine.
Dina is passionate about delivering an unparalleled customer experience and it is this focus that allows her to create truly memorable events for guests of all ages.
Dina is constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible in event production, and her readiness to learn new approaches and a penchant for excellence is what has propelled her to the top of her game. Her events consistently bring people together in awe-inspiring environments, creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences that are nothing short of phenomenal.

Lisa Johnson is the President of Lisa Johnson Communications, LLC, a media and public relations agency with clients in the Atlantic City, Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Miami and Las Vegas markets.
The agency represents and consults for casinos & sportsbooks--both online and retail--along with hotels, golf courses, restaurants, retail, real estate developers, architects, attorneys, politicians, global security experts, insurance agencies, entertainers and media.
Before starting her own company, Lisa was an Executive Board Member and Executive Director of Brand Communications for Las Vegas Sands. Prior to that, she was an award-winning news anchor and reporter for 15 years at TV stations KLAS-TV in Las Vegas, NBC 10 in Philadelphia and NBC 40 in New Jersey. She also has hosted multiple female fitness competitions for ESPN 2.
Lisa is also actively involved in the Atlantic County community. She is a Foundation Board Member for Stockton University; a Board Member of the Cancer Support Community NJ at Gilda’s Club; a Board Member of the Marine Mammal Stranding Center; and she is Vice Chargee for Chaine de Rotisseur’s AC Chapter. She is a former Board Member of the American Red Cross, along with supporting Shore Medical Center, Atlanticare, CASA, GLBT, SPCA, Baptists Church Planters and The Salvation Army.
Lisa is an alumna of the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton School of Business where she studied a dual major of English Literature and Entrepreneurial Management. A local Jersey Girl through and through she is a proud graduate of Mainland Regional High School where she graduated 12th in her class with honors. She is also a member of the Mensa Club. She resides in Egg Harbor Township.

Ted Lippman has been a driving force in the Atlantic City culinary and wine communities for decades, making a profound impact through his support of Atlantic Cape Community College (ACCC) and its culinary program. Through Ted Lippman’s tireless efforts, the funds raised for Atlantic Cape Community College have exceeded $150,000 to date, directly supporting scholarships and opportunities for aspiring culinary students.
As South Jersey Wine Manager for Fedway Associates, New Jersey’s premier wholesale distributor, his efforts have elevated major culinary fundraisers like the annual Restaurant Gala, where he was on the committee when it began and helped to enlist the support of sponsors, restaurants and wine professionals to help create an unforgettable experience.
As an officer and then Bailli for twenty-three years of the local chapter of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, the world’s oldest and largest food and wine society, Ted started a fundraiser event in 1996 in the kitchens of the Culinary School for student scholarships, and this event continues today.
His work has helped shape the careers of countless aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals, making him a pillar of the local food and wine community. Honoring him with the inaugural Champion of Culinary Excellence Award not only recognizes his years of commitment but also sets the standard for future recipients who, like Lippman, have made lasting contributions to our area.

Janice Gallagher

Janice Gallagher, our Vice Chancelier Argentier, is a dedicated member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs since her induction in 2017, embodies a true passion for gourmet cuisine and the camaraderie that comes with sharing extraordinary dining experiences. Her favorite local dining spot, Girasole, reflects her love for high-quality culinary craftsmanship. An enthusiast of fine wines, Janice has a particular fondness for a robust Cabernet, and she enjoys unwinding with a uniquely crafted cocktail of Grey Goose, a few drops of limoncello, and a slice of jalapeño for an added kick.
Her academic background includes English literature and French studies at Glassboro State College, and she is fluent in French, enhancing her appreciation for the rich gastronomic traditions of the Chaîne. Janice’s love for travel takes her between New Jersey and the East Coast of Florida annually, where she continues to indulge in her love of food, wine, and the company of good people.
