First Wine Pairing - 2022 Oinoi Adam Malagouzia - Refosco Rose

Crafted by Oinoi of Adam Wineries located in the region of Alexander the Great. Sofia Rose is characterized from the Malagouzia and Refosco grapes. The Malagouzia’s tropical and citrus fruits mixed with the spice cherry character of Refosco grapes make for a very unique Rose.

Manouri Cheese & Tomato Chutney.

Second Wine Pairing - 2022 Kamkouti P.G.I. Velventos Chardonney

From the birth place of Alexander the Great to your dining table, Kamkoutis Vineyard has crafted a magnificent Chardonnay Malagouzia blend.  A perfect organic fusion signature white wine.  The finished Malagouzia is a Greek sun kissed yellow color with aromas of citrus fruits, grapefruit and lemon.  Light mouth feel with mild acidity and nice after taste.

Third Course

Pan Roasted Duck Breast, Vissino (Greek Sour Cherry) Reduction,
Shaved Brussels Sprouts.

Third Wine Pairing - 2021 Saracina Soul of Mendocino

Inky purple in color, Soul of Mendocino is sensational. With black plum and savory notes on the nose, the palate is warm and dense, with present tannins and acidity that conjure lovely old vines. The hallmark of a thoughtfully articulated blend like this is its versatility.

Sorbet.
