About the Event

Join us for one of the most anticipated culinary events of the year as Atlantic Cape Community College’s award-winning Culinary Division opens its doors for a truly immersive dining experience! 
 
This year’s theme, “The Four Seasons,” will transform the college’s state-of-the-art kitchens into a journey through Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. Each kitchen will showcase its own seasonal inspiration — from bright and refreshing spring flavors to cozy and comforting winter creations — offering guests a progressive tasting experience unlike any other. 
 
In addition to the seasonal kitchens, a decadent dessert kitchen will be open for all to enjoy, featuring sweet masterpieces crafted by Atlantic Cape’s talented pastry chefs.

In the Spring Kitchen, we will be featuring a menu filled with light, fresh flavors and delicate presentations that awaken the palate. Each dish celebrates renewal and simplicity, showcasing the season’s most tender and vibrant ingredients in their purest form.

Summer Kitchen

In the Summer Kitchen, we will be featuring a menu bursting with lively colors and bold, expressive flavors. The cuisine captures the warmth and energy of the season — bright, balanced, and designed to bring out the joy of fresh, sun-inspired cooking.

Autumn Kitchen

In the Autumn Kitchen, we will be featuring a menu rich in warmth and depth. Each plate reflects the comfort and sophistication of the season, with slow preparations, layered flavors, and a focus on heartier, soul-satisfying fare.

Winter Kitchen

In the Winter Kitchen, we will be featuring a menu defined by refinement and indulgence. The dishes offer smooth textures and deep, comforting flavors — an elegant expression of the season that soothes, satisfies, and lingers long after the final bite.

Champion of Culinary Excellence Award

Ed Blake will be the special honoree and recipient of the Champion of Culinary Excellence Award
