About the Event

Join us for one of the most anticipated culinary events of the year as Atlantic Cape Community College’s award-winning Culinary Division opens its doors for a truly immersive dining experience! 
 
This year’s theme, “The Four Seasons,” will transform the college’s state-of-the-art kitchens into a journey through Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Each kitchen will showcase its own seasonal inspiration — from bright and refreshing spring flavors to cozy and comforting winter creations — offering guests a progressive tasting experience unlike any other. 
 
In addition to the seasonal kitchens, a decadent dessert kitchen will be open for all to enjoy, featuring sweet masterpieces crafted by Atlantic Cape’s talented pastry chefs. 
 
Guests will enjoy:

Event Schedule

Spring

Theme: Renewal, light flavors, vibrant greens, blossoms 
Palette: Pastels, florals, fresh herbs 
 
Dishes: 
    1.    English Pea and Mint Soup Shooter with Lemon Crème Fraîche 
    2.    Asparagus Tart with Shaved Parmesan and Truffle Oil 
    3.    Mini Lobster Rolls on Brioche with Tarragon Aioli 
    4.    Spring Risotto with Morels, Leeks & English Peas 
    5.    Citrus-Cured Salmon with Dill, Cucumber, and Edible Flowers 
    6.    Mini Crab Cakes with Lemon Beurre Blanc 
    7.    Baby Spinach Salad with Strawberries, Goat Cheese & Candied Pecans

    2.    Mini Lobster Tacos with Mango Salsa 
    3.    Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Pineapple Glaze 
    4.    Chilled Watermelon Gazpacho Shooters 
    5.    Corn & Crab Fritters with Jalapeño Aioli 
    6.    Ahi Tuna Tartare on Crispy Wonton with Avocado Mousse
