We’re thrilled to announce one of the most anticipated events of the season—a spectacular evening at the ultra-private and breathtaking Galloway National Golf Club, co-hosted by the Philadelphia and Atlantic City Bailliages of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

Last year, this venue left our members absolutely speechless—and this year, we’re taking it to an entirely new level.

This year’s theme? The Masters Champions Dinner.

Each spring, the winner of the Masters Tournament designs a custom menu for golf legends at Augusta. In that spirit, our culinary team has curated a once-in-a-lifetime menu inspired by actual Masters Champions Dinners. From iconic dishes to unexpected twists, each course pays homage to a golfing great—elevated to gourmet perfection. Expect flavors that are bold, refined, and utterly unforgettable.

As the sun sets, we’ll gather on the clubhouse patio for an indulgent finale: Cherries Jubilee flambéed tableside, paired with fine digestifs and premium cigars. Feel free to bring your favorites—last year’s cigar hour was a smash hit and we’re bringing it back by popular demand.

The view? Picture this: a lush, rolling green landscape with the Atlantic City skyline shimmering in the distance. Elegant, exclusive, and exhilarating—it’s an evening you won’t want to miss.

We will enforce a hard ticket cut-off of September 30. As much as we’d love to keep tickets open until the last minute, the logistics of final headcount, seating charts, table cards, and printed materials make it impossible. Once the deadline passes, we won’t be able to accommodate any more guests—no exceptions.

Course Four: Main Course Inspired by Phil Mickelson

Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye, Reverse-Seared

Served with smoked bone marrow, rosemary demi-glace, and luxurious sides:
