From the moment you arrive, you’ll be immersed in an authentic Indian experience that feels like being transported to the vibrant streets of Mumbai. Begin your evening with a traditional Tika welcome — a ceremonial blessing marked by fragrant incense, soft smoke, and a decorative dot placed gently on the forehead — symbolizing honor and hospitality. Graceful Bollywood dancers, swing to Indian beats, and elegant mehndi tattoo artists will set the stage for a richly immersive sensory journey.

As you sip expertly crafted Indian cocktails like the Jaisalmer Gin Shikanji and Rampur takes Manhattan, let the rhythm of tabla drums and the shimmer of sarees envelop you in the beauty of South Asian celebration

The evening’s culinary experience is curated by none other than Chef Navjot Arora, a Michelin-rated master of Indian gastronomy. A celebrated television personality and veteran of hit culinary shows such as Beat Bobby Flay, Chef Arora has brought his unmatched talent and global acclaim to Jasmine — blending traditional recipes with contemporary techniques to create elevated Indian cuisine that is refined, inventive, and deeply flavorful.

Each dish has been intentionally crafted to showcase bold Indian flavors while remaining approachable to every palate — rich with flavors, yet thoughtfully balanced to ensure everyone can indulge.

From street-food inspired hors d’oeuvres to the lavish flavors of a traditional thali, every bite will tell a story of India’s vast culinary heritage — reimagined through a modern lens.

This is more than a dinner:
  • It is a cultural celebration
  • It is a sensory experience
  • It is a journey into the soul of India
Hosted with the grace and excellence that defines the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.

IMPORTANT:

We will enforce a hard ticket cut-off of August 9. Signature Cocktail: Jaisalmer Gin Shikanji

Shikanji: A spiced lemonade
Shikanji is known for its refreshing and zesty flavors, commonly featuring lemon or lime juice, sugar, water, and a blend of spices. Some common spices include black salt (kala namak), roasted cumin powder, and black pepper. Ginger and mint are also popular additions for an extra refreshing twist.

Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin is as royal and spectacular in it’s lineage as the name suggests. A triple-distilled neutral grain spirit, re-distilled in a traditional copper pot still; the recipe is handcrafted in a time-honoured way. Derived from the ancient Indian knowledge on herbs, the botanicals beautifully release pine notes from Juniper. An intense nose with an initial hint of crisp zesty Indian lemon and coriander compliments the woody and earthy notes from angelica roots and liqourice. While the spicy, definitive notes from cubeb pepper keeps it medium to full-bodied: signs of a true classic. Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin is like an oasis in the desert, with an elegant refreshing finish that lingers long after.

Signature Cocktail: Rampur Takes Manhattan

A bold Indian twist on a classic American cocktail.

Step into a world where East meets West in a glass. “Rampur Takes Manhattan” is a luxurious, spice-kissed interpretation of the timeless Manhattan cocktail, reimagined with Rampur Double Cask Indian Single Malt—a whisky born in the Himalayan foothills and aged in bourbon and sherry casks for richness and complexity.

This cocktail layers the warmth of Indian single malt with the velvety sweetness of premium vermouth, while a whisper of ginger bitters adds an aromatic heat that nods to the flavors of Diwali. The result is a drink that’s both familiar and exotic—sophisticated, yet wildly original.

Silky, spiced, and sumptuously smooth, each sip begins with notes of honeyed oak, dried fruit, and warming spice, cascading into a finish that lingers like a festive firework.

Rampur Double Cask Indian Single Malt – Tasting Notes & Description
Rampur Double Cask is a premium Indian single malt whisky, matured in a combination of American bourbon barrels and European sherry casks. It is crafted in the foothills of the Himalayas by Radico Khaitan, one of India’s oldest distilleries.

Tasting Notes:
    •    Nose: Rich and complex with notes of dried fruits, honey, vanilla, and tropical mango. A hint of spice and oak follows.
    •    Palate: Smooth and well-balanced. Flavors of caramelized banana, vanilla custard, toffee, and a delicate touch of spice. The bourbon casks give warmth and sweetness, while the sherry adds depth and dried fruit character.
    •    Finish: Long, warm, and lingering with echoes of spice, oak, and soft fruitiness.
