A celebrated television personality and veteran of hit culinary shows such as Beat Bobby Flay, Chef Arora has brought his unmatched talent and global acclaim to Jasmine — blending traditional recipes with contemporary techniques to create elevated Indian cuisine that is refined, inventive, and deeply flavorful.

Each dish has been intentionally crafted to showcase bold Indian flavors while remaining approachable to every palate — rich with flavors, yet thoughtfully balanced to ensure everyone can indulge.

As much as we’d love to keep tickets open until the last minute, the logistics of final headcount, seating charts, table cards, and printed materials make it impossible. Once the deadline passes, we won’t be able to accommodate any more guests—no exceptions.

As the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Chutney Masala in Irvington, New York, and Sambal Thai & Malay, Chef Arora has masterfully bridged traditional Indian flavors with a modern, ingredient-driven approach—earning him national recognition and the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand Award multiple years in a row, including in 2024.
