Janice Gallagher, a dedicated member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs since her induction in 2017, embodies a true passion for gourmet cuisine and the camaraderie that comes with sharing extraordinary dining experiences. Her favorite local dining spot, Girasole, reflects her love for high-quality culinary craftsmanship. An enthusiast of fine wines, Janice has a particular fondness for a robust Cabernet, and she enjoys unwinding with a uniquely crafted cocktail of Grey Goose, a few drops of limoncello, and a slice of jalapeño for an added kick.
Her academic background includes English literature and French studies at Glassboro State College, and she is fluent in French, enhancing her appreciation for the rich gastronomic traditions of the Chaîne. Janice’s love for travel takes her between New Jersey and the East Coast of Florida annually, where she continues to indulge in her love of food, wine, and the company of good people.
