A highlight of the evening will be a curated caviar experience featuring King Caviar Farms, a premier New Jersey-based caviar producer. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase caviar on-site.

King Caviar Farms is part of a growing revival of local, sustainable caviar production in New Jersey—once known as the “Caviar Capital of the World.” Their operation focuses on raising European sturgeon in pristine, recirculated water systems, producing fresh, high-quality caviar without imports or preservatives.

Pere Mata Blanc Cava 
 
A bright, dry, traditional-method sparkling wine with crisp citrus, orchard fruit, and lively acidity. 
Best with: caviar on blini, crème fraîche, and passed hors d’oeuvres. 
 
Pere Mata Rosé Cava 
 
Fresh and energetic, with notes of red berries, citrus, and a clean, refreshing finish. 
Best with: lighter savory bites, salty snacks, and general mingling. 
 
2023 Schäfer-Fröhlich Riesling trocken
