For Kelli Prinz, life has always been about flavor — in food, in travel, and in company. Raised in Ocean City, New Jersey, she learned early that humble beginnings can inspire a serious taste for the finer things. 

Between her grandmother’s famous chocolate whipped cream cake and family cookie marathons at Christmas, Kelli grew up knowing that food isn’t just fuel — it’s connection, tradition, and a little bit of magic. That same joy carries into her own kitchen today, where her signature holiday apps — prosciutto-wrapped dates and sweet jelly sausages — have achieved near-legendary status among friends. 
When she’s not in court (she’s a personal injury and education law attorney), you’ll find her with a glass of ONDA Cabernet Sauvignon in hand — or perhaps a slightly dirty martini when the mood calls. Napa Valley is her happy place, where harvest season means boutique wineries, good friends, and the kind of meals you remember long after the last sip.

Back home, her favorite local spot is Café 2825, where impeccable Italian and table-side mozzarella meet her love of culinary theater. And let’s not forget her loyal companions, a Pomeranian named Cinnamon, and a Frenchie named Sugar —her pups who sound suspiciously like dessert.
