Chef Michael Scipione is the driving force behind Sano by Michael Scipione, a highly regarded private-dining brand known for its emphasis on wellness, seasonality, and hospitality.

A self‑taught chef who began his culinary journey at age 12, Michael grew up in a traditional Italian household in South Philadelphia. 2009 Araujo Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 97 points Vinous and Parker

Description: Vega Sicilia Unico is Spain’s greatest most sought after and expensive wine: Aged elegance with dried cherry, cedar, and balsamic notes
Araujo is one of Napa’s greatest: Napa purity, cassis, eucalyptus, and structured finesse

Dish: Morel mushroom crusted double cut Australian lamb chops, potato pavé, black cherry-Dijon demi, and charred baby Chinese cauliflower
